Storage should be stored on plastic pallets in a closed, ventilated, cool, and dry place. It should be sifted before use.
APPLICATION:
For all products made from dough with high elasticity and resistance to rolling, such as baklava, Kurdish pastry, kol pastry, water pastry, and similar pastry varieties, as well as boyoz and puff pastry.
