MEC3 Paste Mastic 3Kg Semi-finished paste for artisanal gelato and pastry, featuring the unique flavor of mastic resin from Chios, Greece. Use 20–30g per 1kg of white base. Store away from heat and sunlight; close after use. Opaque in color. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, and eggs.

HOW TO HANDLE

Handle the product using clean, dry utensils. Close the packaging after use removing any possible residue of the product externally. Store away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight.

DOSAGE

20/30 g product + 1 Kg white base.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Glucose syrup, water, modified starch, flavourings, natural essential oils of mastic.

May contain soybeans, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachio nuts.
